Hey there! I'm Dave...but you already knew that.
For over two decades, I've built award-winning revenue strategies, industry-leading automation, and ground-breaking consumer insights by caring deeply about the customer experience and embracing always-on learning.
I'm as comfortable pioneering customer scoring methodologies within an Amazon environment of nine-digit revenue targets as I am building brand creative for a caffeine-fueled start-up asking itself “Why should people even care?”
When the laptop is closed, I can be found cheering on my kids from various sidelines, sneaking in a surf at my favorite break, trying to best my wife's Strava PRs, or learning a new random hobby. (Pro tip: ask me about roasting coffee at home.)
